3. Finalités et bases légales
- Traitement de votre demande d'ouverture de compte — base légale : exécution de mesures pré-contractuelles à votre demande (art. 6.1.b RGPD).
- Vérification KYC / AML — base légale : obligation légale (art. 6.1.c RGPD).
- Communications marketing — uniquement si vous y avez consenti via la case dédiée. Vous pouvez retirer ce consentement à tout moment (art. 6.1.a RGPD).
- Sécurité du site et lutte anti-fraude — base légale : intérêt légitime (art. 6.1.f RGPD).
4. Destinataires
Vos données sont accessibles uniquement aux personnes habilitées au sein de Patrimoine Intl LTD ainsi qu'à nos sous-traitants techniques :
- Hébergeur du site (Union européenne) ;
- Partenaires bancaires luxembourgeois (pour la gestion des fonds ségrégués) ;
- Prestataire KYC/AML.
Vos données ne sont jamais vendues ni louées à des tiers à des fins commerciales.
5. Transferts hors UE
L'ensemble des traitements est réalisé au sein de l'Union européenne. Aucun transfert vers un pays tiers n'est effectué sans garantie de niveau de protection adéquat (décision d'adéquation ou clauses contractuelles types).
6. Durée de conservation
- Données prospect (sans ouverture de compte) : 3 ans à compter du dernier contact, puis suppression ou anonymisation.
- Données client : pendant toute la durée de la relation contractuelle, puis 10 ans pour répondre aux obligations légales (AML/CFT, comptabilité).
- Logs techniques : 12 mois.
7. Vos droits
Conformément au RGPD, vous disposez des droits suivants :
- Droit d'accès à vos données ;
- Droit de rectification ;
- Droit à l'effacement (« droit à l'oubli »), sauf obligation légale de conservation ;
- Droit à la limitation du traitement ;
- Droit à la portabilité ;
- Droit d'opposition au traitement fondé sur l'intérêt légitime ;
- Droit de retirer votre consentement à tout moment ;
- Droit de définir des directives relatives au sort de vos données après votre décès.

8. Cookies
Le site n'utilise actuellement aucun cookie de tracking ou de mesure d'audience. Seul un usage de localStorage est fait pour mémoriser votre préférence de langue ; cette donnée reste exclusivement dans votre navigateur et ne nous est jamais transmise.
9. Sécurité
Nous mettons en œuvre les mesures techniques et organisationnelles appropriées pour assurer la sécurité des données : chiffrement TLS en transit, AES-256 au repos, contrôles d'accès stricts, audits de sécurité périodiques.
10. Réclamation
Si vous estimez que le traitement de vos données ne respecte pas la réglementation, vous pouvez introduire une réclamation auprès de la Commission Nationale pour la Protection des Données (CNPD) du Luxembourg :

4. Recipients
Your data is only accessible to authorised personnel within Patrimoine Intl LTD and to our technical sub-processors:
- Site hosting provider (European Union);
- Luxembourg banking partners (for management of segregated funds);
- KYC / AML provider.
Your data is never sold or rented to third parties for commercial purposes.
5. Transfers outside the EU
All processing takes place within the European Union. No transfer to a third country is carried out without adequate protection guarantees (adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).
6. Retention period
- Prospect data (no account opened): 3 years from last contact, then deletion or anonymisation.
- Client data: throughout the contractual relationship, then 10 years to meet legal obligations (AML/CFT, accounting).
- Technical logs: 12 months.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Right of access to your data;
- Right of rectification;
- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"), except where retention is legally required;
- Right to restriction of processing;
- Right to data portability;
- Right to object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- Right to withdraw your consent at any time;
- Right to issue directives concerning the fate of your data after your death.

8. Cookies
The site currently does not use any tracking or analytics cookies. Only localStorage is used to remember your language preference; this data remains exclusively in your browser and is never transmitted to us.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure data security: TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 at rest, strict access controls, periodic security audits.

3. Doeleinden en rechtsgronden

- KYC / AML-verificatie — rechtsgrond: wettelijke verplichting (art. 6.1.c AVG).
- Marketingcommunicatie — enkel indien u via het daarvoor bestemde vakje heeft toegestemd. U kan deze toestemming op elk moment intrekken (art. 6.1.a AVG).
- Beveiliging van de site en fraudebestrijding — rechtsgrond: gerechtvaardigd belang (art. 6.1.f AVG).
4. Ontvangers
Uw gegevens zijn enkel toegankelijk voor bevoegd personeel binnen Patrimoine Intl LTD en voor onze technische subverwerkers:
- Hostingprovider van de site (Europese Unie);
- Luxemburgse bankpartners (voor het beheer van de gescheiden fondsen);
- KYC/AML-leverancier.
Uw gegevens worden nooit verkocht of verhuurd aan derden voor commerciële doeleinden.
5. Doorgifte buiten de EU
Alle verwerkingen vinden plaats binnen de Europese Unie. Er vindt geen doorgifte naar een derde land plaats zonder passende beschermingsgaranties (adequaatheidsbesluit of modelcontractbepalingen).
6. Bewaartermijn
- Prospect-gegevens (zonder rekeningopening): 3 jaar vanaf laatste contact, daarna verwijdering of anonimisering.
- Klantgegevens: gedurende de hele contractuele relatie, daarna 10 jaar om aan wettelijke verplichtingen te voldoen (AML/CFT, boekhouding).
- Technische logs: 12 maanden.
7. Uw rechten
Onder de AVG beschikt u over de volgende rechten:
- Recht op inzage van uw gegevens;
- Recht op rectificatie;
- Recht op wissing ("recht om vergeten te worden"), behalve indien wettelijke bewaring vereist is;
- Recht op beperking van de verwerking;
- Recht op overdraagbaarheid van gegevens;
- Recht van bezwaar tegen verwerking gebaseerd op gerechtvaardigd belang;
- Recht om uw toestemming op elk moment in te trekken;
- Recht om richtlijnen op te stellen voor het lot van uw gegevens na uw overlijden.

8. Cookies
De site gebruikt momenteel geen tracking- of analysecookies. Enkel localStorage wordt gebruikt om uw taalvoorkeur te onthouden; deze gegevens blijven uitsluitend in uw browser en worden nooit aan ons doorgegeven.
9. Beveiliging
Wij implementeren passende technische en organisatorische maatregelen om de beveiliging van de gegevens te waarborgen: TLS-versleuteling tijdens transport, AES-256 in rust, strikte toegangscontroles, periodieke beveiligingsaudits.
10. Klacht
Indien u meent dat de verwerking van uw gegevens niet in overeenstemming is met de regelgeving, kan u een klacht indienen bij de Luxemburgse Nationale Commissie voor Gegevensbescherming (CNPD):
